What is the standard delivery time for my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

How does the Eastpak limited warranty work?

Most of our standard products come with a 30-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Please note that this does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse.

What is your return policy?

You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Returns are free of charge using our provided pre-paid labels.

Which payment methods do you accept?

How do I clean my Eastpak backpack or luggage?

We recommend cleaning your gear with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not machine wash or tumble dry your bags, as this can damage the fabric coatings and hardware.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

To ensure fast delivery, we process orders immediately. Therefore, we are usually unable to cancel or change an order once it is confirmed. You can, however, return the items for a full refund once they arrive.
