Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring the pre-paid return label is clearly visible on the outside.
Drop Off the Package
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point or schedule a collection through our designated courier service.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
